Your Next Role


Reporting to the Head of Distribution and Repairs, the Dispatch Team Leader is a Permanent, Full Time opportunity based onsite.


Location: Preston, Victoria (free onsite car parking available)


Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm


Days: Monday to Friday 


You will be responsible for:

  • Manage services tasks such as depot dispatch, satchel dispatch, preconfiguring device services, internal stock management and stocktake
  • Support with logistics services tasks such as receiving, secure destruction, stocktake and any ad-hoc requirements
  • Creation of KPI reports and distribution to relevant stakeholders
  • Quality management


What you’ll need to succeed


  • Previous warehouse / logistics experience ideal 
  • Some experience in a team leader role ideal 
  • Experience working in a high KPI environments 
  • A collaborative team player
  • Willingness to review and improve processes
