The impact you'll have

You'll help strengthen Ingenico's security posture across Asia Pacific by driving risk, assurance and governance activities with our technology suppliers, ensuring risks are identified, understood and managed in a pragmatic, business focused way.

This role will report into the Head of the Risk Management CoE with a dotted line into the APAC Technology Business Partner.

What you will do

  • Coordinate security audits and assurance activities, including ISO 27001, internal reviews and regulatory assessments, ensuring findings are tracked through to remediation.

  • Assess and manage third party security risks, conducting supplier due diligence and partnering with Procurement, Legal and business stakeholders to embed security requirements.

  • Support the operation of our security risk management framework, maintaining risk registers, facilitating risk assessments and providing clear reporting to leadership.

  • Oversee security governance activities through GRC tooling, ensuring risks, controls, issues and remediation plans are accurately maintained.

  • Partner with Facilities and key stakeholders to assess and improve physical security controls across offices and critical sites.

  • Act as a key link between Ingenico's retained security team and managed security providers, translating operational insights into meaningful risk and assurance outcomes.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes, controls and governance maturity across the organisation.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in security risk, governance, compliance, assurance or related roles, ideally within consulting, technology or regulated environments.

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, with exposure to NIST or similar standards highly regarded.

  • Experience managing technology and third-party risk, supporting audits, and working with risk or GRC platforms.

  • The ability to analyse complex information, form a view on risk, and communicate practical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A proactive, self-driven approach with strong organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Exposure to managed service providers, outsourced security operations or complex multi-vendor environments is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
