Your Next Role 

This is a fixed term contract until December 2024, working from Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. We offer flexible working, with minimum 3 days onsite in our Preston office and 2 days from home after your training period.  

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Support Operator (Data Entry Operator) will be responsible for managing our client’s data sets from our customer system and correcting the data into Microsoft Excel. 

You will manage a continuous flow of data sets (purchase orders, invoicing, product data) throughout the day so your ability to manage a high volume of data within Excel will be beneficial.

You will also maintain our client records and generate reports to distribute to our stakeholders. 

What you’ll need to succeed 

• Previous experience in data entry/ administration
• Proven knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel
• A team player
