ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

 

Our team specializes in leading sourcing projects across key indirect spend categories. We are committed to delivering strategic procurement solutions through financial analysis, supplier market insights, and professional negotiations that optimize Total Cost of Ownership.

 

Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, we drive efficiency in procurement execution, contract compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Focused on excellence, we create strong supplier relationships and promote process improvements while upholding purchasing policies and best practices.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Lead sourcing projects within Indirect spend categories as assigned (mainly services: Professional services, HR, IT, Facilities), timely procurement execution to meet business needs throughout the end-to-end sourcing process.
  • Perform financial analysis and professional negotiation of acquisition cost and other commercial terms to ensure optimal reduction of Total Cost of Ownership.
  • Gain knowledge of targeted supplier markets and supply risk levels, assess supplier capabilities, and help improve the company's supplier database (local and regional).
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with suppliers, internal stakeholders, assist with Request for Quotes, bid analysis, and contractual obligations.
  • As directed, support savings’ tracking processes, measure contract compliance and other key metrics to ensure targets are being met and value is being delivered to the business.
  • Support efforts to instill a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop local and regional suppliers in accordance with applicable procedures and policies.
  • Ensure that purchasing policies are being followed.
  • Promote improvements to purchasing processes.

 

 

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or E-Procurement systems (Ariba, iBuy, Ivalua, Oracle or others).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in negotiations with national and international suppliers, able to manage multiple projects and succeed in a dynamic environment with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of purchasing methodologies/techniques (Strategic Sourcing, TCO - total cost ownership).
  • Customer and results oriented
  • Works well within diverse teams
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Working knowledge of indirect category sourcing.
  • At least 2 years related experience.
