Accounting Specialist

Scope

The candidate will become part of the General Accounting department and will be responsible for fulfilling the administrative obligations assigned by the Chief Accountant, in compliance with company procedures and ensuring their correctness.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the correctness and reconciliation of accounting entries
• Support monthly closing activities
• Posting accrual entries
• Asset management
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Ensure the proper keeping of accounting books required by law
• Payroll registration and reconciliation
• Support the drafting of the statutory financial statement
• Collaborate with the Chief Accountant in relations with auditors and tax consultants
• Knowledge of withholding taxes
• Management of VAT and Intrastat reporting

Technical skill:

• Excellent knowledge of excel
• Good knowledge SAP

• Experience in multinational contexts
• Both, ITA GAAP and IFRS experience
