The impact you'll make
Drive the growth of digital commerce in India by turning strong customer partnerships into long term business success.
The work you'll do
Grow and retain key accounts, spending approximately 80% of your time expanding existing customer relationships.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, with 20% of your focus dedicated to new business development.
Lead solution based sales engagements from discovery through to negotiation and close.
Develop strategic account plans and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Partner with internal teams across solutions, operations, finance and delivery to ensure customer success.
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior executives and decision makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account management activity in Salesforce.
What you will bring
7 – 10 years’ experience in sales, key account management or business development within payments or payments technology solutions, fintech or banking,
A proven track record of growing enterprise accounts while building new business pipelines. We want to see this in your resume!
Experience selling payment or complex digital solutions into large organisations.
Strong understanding of the banking and fintech ecosystem, with established industry networks highly regarded.
A consultative, solution selling mindset and the ability to navigate longer, complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
A self motivated, resilient and results driven approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
Working mode
Working closely with the country sales manager, you'll spend much of your time meeting customers across Mumbai, ability to travel is essential for this role.
