The impact you'll have

You'll be the trusted people partner for our India business, helping leaders build high performing teams while creating a great employee experience from hire to retire. This is an opportunity to shape people outcomes locally while contributing to regional initiatives across APAC and building toward broader leadership responsibilities.

The work you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for India, from workforce planning and onboarding through to development, performance, and offboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using data, business insight, and market context to influence decisions and solve people challenges.
  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs, strong HR operations, and high quality HRIS (Success Factors) data management.
  • Lead and support key people programs including engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, and learning initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and regional HR teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Drive compliance with Indian labour legislation, internal policies, audits, and governance requirements.
  • Contribute to regional HR projects, process improvements, and APAC wide initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Several years of HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and global stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands on approach with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using HR data, reporting, and insights to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Exposure to multinational or matrix environments.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services is advantageous, as is exposure to Southeast Asia.
