Engineering Manager (12 years to 15 years)
Role OverviewResults-driven Engineering Manager with strong expertise in Java backend development and extensive experience in designing scalable microservices within high-volume payment ecosystems. Proven ability to lead engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver secure, resilient, and high-performance systems in Agile environments. Experienced in mentoring engineers, managing delivery timelines, improving code quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

- Manage technical risks and production incidents
