Your tasks

 

  • Main contact person in day-to-day business for a number of new and existing customers. Drive opportunities, customer relationship management, order management, and reporting
  • Coordination between customers and employees as well as the Ingenico senior management
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen and broaden the business base for relationships with the customer base. Strategic analysis of customer and market offerings and proactive identification of business development opportunities
  • Responsibility for the implementation of customer data and information in the CRM tool
  • Initiate and manage conference calls and meetings with a full range of customer contacts and different levels of service. Introduction of new products to the partners.
  • Effectively communicate Ingenico's market/value proposition, accurately interpret customer needs and propose appropriate solutions for validated customer needs.
  • Development of customer loyalty-specific concepts and offers.
  • Identification of sales potential and the acquisition of new customers

 

Your profile

 

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales desirable, ideally in the payment industry
  • Confident demeanour and business fluent conversational skills
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Very good PC skills (MS-Office standard products)
  • Willingness to travel, ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
