JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

 

Evaluating company products and comparing them against industry trends

Developing an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs

Providing assistance with products and rating reviews

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sales teams, on the understanding and management of LAR Products & Solutions roadmap
  • Assist proactively the PMO teams on mandatory certifications of products and solutions
  • Support improvement plan related to LAR Products Process Review (Process Map / RACI definition / Documents)
  • Work close with the pairs (Product & Solutions experts), get involved on their daily routine and responsibilities (succession plan)
  • Lead presentations of Products Portfolio to internal teams and customers when needed.
  • Follow meetings of S&OP, been the representant of LAR Product team, capturing eventual demands of Sales & Supply.
  • Manage LAR Product Portal, supporting IT teams on definitions of system updates
  • Support eventual discussions of failure analysis with Quality, R&D and Operations teams.
  • Identifies and manages the on-going rationalization of the business’s products, well aligned with Sales
  • Monitors the market, competitor activities, and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.
  • Drives consumer intelligence through the development of external and internal data sources that improve the business’s understanding of the product’s market, competitor activities, and consumer activities.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation
    Preferably: Engineer degree on: Production, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Telecommunication or Electronic
    We can also consider people with degree on: IT, Computer Science, or Technologist degree and similar
  • Experience of Payment Industry, Market and Rules, POS Terminals, and Technologies
  • Desired experience with Ingenico terminals platforms

COMPUTER/IT SKILLS: 

  • MSFT Office
  • SAP (ERP) training / knowledge
  • IT network / infrastructure knowledge and experience with project execution
