JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:

Ingenico, the global leader in payment solutions, is looking for an SAP FI/CO Expert to support its IT transformation in APAC.

The candidate will be responsible for the application support and the management of Finance applications projects such as implementations, continuous improvements, and system integrations in the Asia-Pacific Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SAP support and process improvement (60%)

- Deliver a high standard, effective support to users on SAP FI/CO Modules and other related applications.

- Own the design, configuration, testing and delivery of the applications. Maintain and develop SAP programs when needed.

- Maintain user access & profiles as per SOD matrix.

- Analyse issues, translate business requirements into functional design, propose solutions and improvements, test, document and implement those changes,

- Ensure business satisfaction and completion within SLA and defined KPIs, ensure the business objectives are met,

- Maintain close relationship with Finance stakeholders. Manage communication, UAT, training, change and continuous improvement plan.

2. Project management (40%)

- Take ownership of small projects and ensure delivery within scope, time & budget. Be responsible for the quality of deliverables, communication, change management.

- Assist in the definition of the project plans, establish the project governance, prepare Project Meetings

- Perform the testing, UAT, data migration and all relevant project activities as per necessary

- Ensure the right level of reporting to the project stakeholders

Other accountabilities, projects, and duties may be assigned or changed from time to time depending on business priorities

SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION

Competency/Skill Requirements:

- Ideally 6+ years of experience as SAP FI/CO consultant with expertise on COPA and integration with the Logistics module.

- Good knowledge of Financial processes and regulations in APAC countries, including month-end closing steps, Tax management rules, intercompany flows, asset management rules, etc.

- Good knowledge of project methodology (Waterfall and Agile).

Behavior skills:

- Pro-active, autonomous, and willing to learn beyond sap systems

- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels

Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a consultant supporting SAP FI/CO applications with a focus on COPA.

- 2+ end-to-end projects implementation

Education Qualifications

- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or Finance.
