You will:

• Demonstrate on a daily basis a mindset with a focus on Business Readiness and Go To Market, whilst understanding the technical requirements within any given project
• Manage different projects, (White Label and/or SDK delivery, covering legislation and compliance requirements, third-party provider integrations, new features, and improvements)
• Identify and manage projects scope, objectives, and critical success factors by gaining a thorough understanding of the business requirements
• Manage contacts and expectations with Project Managers, PSPs, vendors, suppliers, clients (internal and external) to ensure that projects remain on track
• Manage changes and improvements in projects scope, identify issues and drive for resolution
• Lead the identification of critical dependencies and risks early in the project life cycle
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when needed
• Liaise between Product Management, Technology and business stakeholders to foster quality communications
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about the progress and adjustments needed

You'd be a great fit if you have:

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in technology, payments, business, engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business project management, solution delivery, or technical implementation within the payments, fintech, banking, or software industry – with demonstrated ownership of stakeholder-facing outcomes

• Strong understanding of payment solutions, ideally including SoftPOS, acquiring, merchant services, payment acceptance, certification, or related ecosystems

• Experience creating, contributing to, or owning specification solution documentation which encompasses business requirements, assumptions, dependencies, functional specifications, integration scope, implementation scope, delivery plans, and acceptance criteria

 • Working knowledge of commercial and contractual structures – Statement of Work (SoW) scope, SLAs, licensing or partnership terms – to flag commercial risk before it blocks delivery

• Practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle – gained through direct exposure to how business requirements, technical design, development, testing, certification, implementation, and support connect across the delivery lifecycle

• Proven experience applying project management methodologies and best practices – planning, risk and issue management, governance, dependency tracking, change control, stakeholder reporting, and delivery follow-up – with the judgment to adapt these to projects that don't fit a single framework

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align senior business stakeholders, technical teams, regional teams, external partners, and customers around scope, priorities, decisions, and timelines

• Ability to challenge unclear requirements, identify gaps or risks early, drive clarification before commitments are made, and, when new information surfaces, adjust direction quickly and document what changed, why, and its downstream impact

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in an international environment

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and executive audiences – adjusting depth and framing without diluting substance

• International experience and the ability to work effectively across cultures, regions, time zones, and organizational levels

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
