Scope

 

The Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs globally (EMEA, APAC and Americas). This role requires in-depth analysis of compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive pay practices. The job will report to Global Compensation and Benefits Manager based at Headquarters in Paris. 

 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare compensation benchmarks, reports and analyses for HR teams, management and leadership.
  • Analyze internal salary data to ensure equity across the organization.
  • Support the review and maintenance of job classification structure and salary ranges
  • Lead annual surveys feeding
  • Manage the Sales Incentive program
  • Provide support to manage global benefits programs : renewal follow up and cost management.
  • Prepare HR budget on annual basis and ensure monthly follow up
  • Manage relocation cases
  • Provide support to educate HR teams, employees and managers on compensation, benefits programs and policies
  • Assist with the preparation of annual salary review and bonus programs.
  • Participate to Compensation and Benefits projects

 

Experience / Skills

 

You have a Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics in global environment and you speak English fluently. 

 

Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefit programs, and labor laws.
  • Experience with job evaluation and salary surveys.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools (WTW, Mercer …).
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Excel, and data analysis tools.
