About the Team

The HRIS team is responsible for managing, deploying, and continuously improving the Group’s HR tools and processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, Personnel Administration, etc.).

Reporting to the HRIS Manager of the Ingenico Group, the HRIS Specialist & Reporting acts as the subject matter expert for the HR Information System (SuccessFactors) ensuring its effective administration, optimization, and continuous improvement. This role also contributes to the development and maintenance of a robust HR reporting structure delivering reliable data insights to support HR campaigns, workforce management and strategic decision-making across Ingenico.

In this role, the HRIS Specialist & Reporting will be responsible for HRIS and its reporting landscape at global level. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for system and reporting-related matters, the role will drive the development and continuous improvement of reporting solutions, ensuring high-quality data, actionable workforce insights, effective monitoring of HR campaign, and an enhanced user experience across the SuccessFactors reporting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the recognized global HRIS reporting expert and system administrator.
  • Own the operational management and project delivery of HRIS reporting tools.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, intuitive dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare and execute the technical setup of annual HR cycles within the HRIS (Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, Compensation Reviews, Bonus Processes, etc.) and build reporting capabilities accordingly.
  • Audit the HR Information System based on data quality reporting checks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that automate and secure HR processes and reportin
  • Ensure system security, user access and permission management, as well as data integrity and maintenance within the HRIS.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with IT teams and implementation partners to ensure reliable and high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with HR teams to improve operational effectiveness and train HR users when needed
  • Design and deliver training programs for HRIS users.
  • Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring proper follow-up.

Profile and Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
  • Advanced expertise in the Employee Central module is required; experience with additional modules is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced expertise in the SuccessFactors Report Center, Story is required; experience with additional reporting tools is a plus
  • Experience in building HR dashboards and executive reporting
  • Understands HR processes; previous experience in Human Resources would be appreciated.
  • Strong Excel skills are a plus.
  • Ability to understand, speak, and write English in an international environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a rigorous approach to work.
  • Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong willingness to develop new skills.
