The HRIS team is responsible for supporting and continuously improving the Group's HR tools and processes, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, and Personnel Administration.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst supports the administration and optimization of the Group's HR Information System (SuccessFactors). This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR technology and looking to develop expertise in HR systems within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of SuccessFactors and other HR tools.
  • Assist with annual HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation cycles.
  • Maintain data quality and perform regular system audits.
  • Provide first-level support to HR teams and employees on HRIS-related topics.
  • Help manage user access and permissions while ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and release activities.
  • Create and maintain reports, documentation, and user guides.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and HRIS enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners on system-related activities.
  • Assist with user training and communications regarding new features and processes.

Profile & Skills

  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Interest in HR systems, technology, and process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with data and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
