This is an on-site role that requires regular presence in our Sofia office.
What You’ll Do

Be responsible for all aspects of functional testing for web, mobile (Android/iOS), and backend/API systems

Design, create, and execute manual test cases in Xray
-
Execute test runs and maintain accurate test coverage
-
Test new features, fixed issues, and regressions across multiple environments
-
Perform various types of testing to verify old, current, and new functionalities
-
Report, verify, and manage bugs using Jira
-
Extract and analyze logs using Android Studio or Xcode
-
Read logs from servers/machines as needed
-
Conduct API testing using Postman
-
Use databases for testing and data extraction
-
Keep QA documentation updated (Confluence or similar)
-
Communicate progress and findings to direct manager and/or Head of Department
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Level

Define test strategy and lead test planning for features or projects

Drive process improvements and influence QA best practices
-
Provide guidance or mentorship to less experienced team members
-
Work more independently on complex issues requiring deeper system understanding
Skills You Must Have (All Levels)
-
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
-
Understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
-
Ability to analyze requirements and prepare test plans and scenarios
-
Experience in web and/or mobile testing (Android and/or iOS)
-
Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
-
Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban)
-
English proficiency for verbal and written communication
-
Team-player mindset
Additional Must-Haves for Senior Level
-
Experience with client–server architectures
-
Deep understanding of QA methodologies and complex testing scenarios

Ability to work independently and lead testing responsibilities
Nice to Have
-
Proactive, structured, and organized working style

Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools

Familiarity with Xray or other test management systems

API testing experience with Postman

Ability to write basic database queries

Experience with Android Studio, ADB, and log extraction
-
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
