Regional HR Generalist

- Provide end-to-end Regional HR Generalist Support across multiple countries
- Ensure active involvement in day-to-day HR operations, administration and execution, including:
- employee lifecycle processes
- contract and documentation preparation
- implementation and follow up of HR policies
- coordination with payroll and external providers - Assist with employee queries and case handling
- Ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across countries
Experience & Background:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as HR Specialist or HR Generalist, with international exposure
- Experience in a large, fast-paced, multi-country HR environment
- Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes, HR operations and compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities across countries
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
