Regional Security Officer

Job summary

As the Regional Security Officer, you report to the Security Systems Manager and you represent our Global Technology Operations (GTO) security teams in your geography. You are responsible for the different GTO security team missions locally and feedback local needs. Accountable key responsibilities may be delegated to country employees when relevant.

Main responsibilities 

Your main contributions and responsibilities are the following ones :

Security awareness : 

• Relay and enforce security policies [A] 

• Deploy security awareness programs [A] 

• Deploy SDLC process and policies [A] 

• Participate, when needed, in security committees [R] 

• Contribute to external security communication and relay to regional stakeholders [R] 

• Technical watch: monitor evolution of regulations, market needs, threats (may centralize from delegates in countries)  [A] 

Security systems : 

• Participate in the consolidation of security systems (tools consolidation)[A] 

• Inform regions of security systems capabilities and roadmap [R] 

• Inform security systems Product Owners of regional requirements and opportunities [R] 

Sensitive assets :

• Supervise Ingenico sensitive assets life cycle (EOL, renewal, transfer) [A] 

• Maintain the inventory of the security assets up-to-date for regional GTO users [A] 

• eSign customer admin for regional GTO users [A] 

Regional security certification :

• Manage relationships with regional assessors (e.g. certification labs; PenTests) [A] 

• Monitor and maintain security certifications of solutions [A] 

• Support regional certifications [R] 

• Report certification status to the Terminals Security Certification Manager and the Solutions Security Certification Manager [R] 

Support :

• Provide security support to pre-sales, development and operation teams [R] 

• Provide security support on our solutions for customers own security compliance (ex: Licensed TEM) [C] 

• Participate in Security Crisis Taskforce and lead technical remediation actions [R] 

• Support Regional Risk Management & Sales in responding to customer due-diligence questionnaires on RSO scope [C] 

• Ensure security training and on-boarding within GTO teams [A] 

Profile 

You have an extensive experience on a similar position. You are fluent in English. 

Important technical skills : 

• Information system security 

• PCI standards 

• Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure
