User Researcher

This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence in our Sofia office. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead user research across product discovery and execution phases

• Select and apply the most effective methodologies for ad-hoc research initiatives

• Engage with users across multiple regions and integrate internal feedback for holistic research insights

• Develop research deliverables including personas, journey maps, and detailed findings reports

• Design and optimize research protocols that produce clear, actionable insights

• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide research input to guide decisions

• Present findings persuasively to varied internal audiences

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in User Research, preferably in agile, B2B environments

• Experience with international user studies and multicultural contexts

• Additional certifications in User Research are a plus

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Skilled in remote collaboration and working within global teams

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and digital tools

Soft Skills

• Quick learner with strong analytical thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Detail-oriented and able to translate complex findings into actionable insights

• Fluent in English
