Business Analyst Intern

Scope

You are a dynamic, curious, and motivated student seeking an internship or apprenticeship in finance transformation and data analytics.

You will join the Finance Transformation team, a central function driving process & systems harmonization, automation, and reporting excellence across the finance organization globally. You will report to the Global Finance Transformation Manager and collaborate closely with various departments (Controlling, FP&A, IT, Operations, Sales Transformation, Data Office) and regions (EMEA, APAC, NAR, LATAM).

Responsibilities

As a key contributor to our transformation journey, you will:

• Support ongoing data analytics projects to improve the visibility and reliability of KPIs
• Contribute to the design and automation of financial dashboards (Power BI) for strategic reporting and operational follow-up.
• Help produce the monthly Group Finance Pack and project updates for Workstream Leaders
• Engage with regional stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives covering process optimization, reporting standardization, and Budget & forecast improvements.
• Identify and replace manual tasks with sustainable, scalable automated solutions.
• Contribute to the design of tools and models used for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Take ownership of small projects and drive them independently with the support of senior team members.

Experience and profile 

You are currently studying Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science applied to Finance, and are looking for an internship focused on finance transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Technical Skills :

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Finance, SAP, Planning Analytics, Power BI and/or SQL is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into insights
