Purpose of the job
The HRIS team is responsible to drive and implement new processes and tools for HR. Within that team, the role of the HRIS intern is to support the Group HRIS experts throughout their projects and day-to-day activities. The intern will learn & grow alongside the team members who will dedicate time to teach and share their knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities & main activities
- Support HR team and assist them using the system
- Support HRIS team on day-to-day requests management and on their dedicated projects
- Participate in various projects to expand or improve the HRIS scope and capabilities
- Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a follow up on every anomaly on our HRIS
- Process, maintain and develop reports according to our business partners’ needs

- First experience on Successfactors or HR Information System is a definite plus
