IT Network Manager

Mission

In a highly international context, we are hiring an IT Network Manager who will report directly to the Group IT Director - Infrastructure & SecOps to ensure :

• The optimal operationality of the Group IT network and telecom, in compliance with the security policy
• The smooth running of the Group network services
• The definition and coordination of projects and deliver them on time and within budget

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot the network infrastructure, and define action plans to improve the performance and the compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Develop and implement network security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats
• Monitor security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and respond to incidents promptly
• Ensure technology watch and develop scenarios for the evolution of the architecture in accordance with Ingenico’s policy, and advise the Group IT Director on the solutions to be retained
• Define and coordinate projects for the evolution of the network infrastructure
• Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of IT services (e.g. managed services)
• Manage incidents and conduct incident reviews (postmortem) 
• Monitor, troubleshoot and capacity planning of the network environment 
• Define, implement and monitor the network performance KPIs
• Document the technical solutions and architectures

Profile 

You have a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT network management in an international environment. 

You are fluent in French and English. 

Important technical skills : 

• Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
• Broad level of knowledge of LAN, WAN, and SDWAN global environments technologies
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking concepts and services, Cisco technologies and SDWAN solutions (underlay, overlay, orchestration …)
• Proven experience in firewall policy engineering and management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• (Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ECMS, NSE, Azure, ..) are a plus)
