As a Systems, Cloud, and DevOps Engineer within the Ingenico Group IT team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Projects:
- Executing projects such as installation and migration to cloud infrastructures (Azure).
- Auditing existing systems and proposing areas for improvement.
- Systems Infrastructure Management:
- Operating and maintaining Linux and Windows systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Contributing to infrastructure build projects.
- Backup and Security:
- Integrating and managing backup systems (notably Veeam).
- Maintaining and improving system security in collaboration with security teams.
- Support and Optimization:
- Providing Level 3 or 4 support to operational teams.
- Enhancing the robustness, performance, and operational efficiency of deployed solutions.
- Automation and Industrialization:
- Deploying and implementing industrialization processes using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, and Terraform.
- Architecture and Planning:
- Defining systems and cloud architectures.
- Anticipating future infrastructure needs.
- Qualifying and integrating changes.
- Technical Project Participation:
- Providing expertise on projects related to Cloud, Systems, Identity, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure solution follow-up and evolution.
- Identity Management:
- Administering Active Directory Domain Services, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
Documentation and Support - During your activities, you will actively contribute to creating and updating:
- Architectural documents.
- Operational guides and technical procedures.
- User support procedures.
- Installation and configuration manuals.
Desired Profile
A Master’s degree (+4 years) in IT infrastructure (Systems and Cloud).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Required Technical Skills :
- Systems: Advanced expertise in Linux and Windows Server.
- Cloud:
- Azure (required).
- AWS (basic knowledge appreciated).
- DevOps: Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
- Virtualization: Proficiency in VMware and vSAN.
- Backup: Experience with Veeam.
- Scripting and Automation: Skills in PowerShell, Ansible and Terraform.
- Networking: Good knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and NPS.
- Identity Management:
- Active Directory DS, Azure AD, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, ADFS, PKI, and GPO.
Certifications and Languages
- Microsoft (Azure) certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in English and French (required).

- Organized and detail-oriented.
