Job Summary

 

The Infrastructures & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and secure operation of the INGENICO corporate IT infrastructures. This role includes the design and implementation of infrastructures on premises and in the cloud and the management of outsourcing operations, ensuring robust day to day and security operations (coordinated with SecOps teams), and optimizing cloud services. It is an international position, at the heart of the Group IT Strategy of INGENICO.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Team Leadership and general management - Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, prepare and track the team's budget and contracts and ensure adhesion to all Ingenico HR policies and procedures. 

 

  • Outsourced Operations - Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective delivery of IT services, oversee contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

 

  •  Infrastructures Build & Run - Define, deploy and conduct strategy in regions, consolidate and centralize asset management information, ensure RUN operations are correctly managed, with service providers if needed, in line with SLA defined (ITIL processes, best practices), manage obsolescence management across regions. The Scope is : Network (Wan/Lan/Wifi), System (Windows, Linux), Databases (SQL), Digital Workplace (Windows, Linux, MacOs), and Security equipments (firewalls). 

 

  • Security - In relation with Group Security organization, implement security policies, protocols, and procedures + ensure IT infrastructures are correctly up to date to protect them from cyber threats, respond to incidents identified by SecOps teams promptly when needed, be involved in crisis management

 

  • Cloud Management - Oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of cloud services, ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure, collaborate with development teams to support cloud-based applications and services including Office 365 and optimize cloud expenditures (FinOps)

 

Profile 

 

You have a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including outsourcing, SecOps, and cloud services. You speak bot French and English fluently.

 

Important technical skills :

  • Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Expertise in cloud platforms and services
  • Proven knowledge of cloud, vitualization, Active Directory technologies
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
