Innovation Product Owner - Apprenticeship

Scope 

The apprenticeship is opened in Ingenico LABS, the innovation center of the Ingenico Group. The Ingenico Labs is meant to find innovative payment solutions to answer problems that merchants and retailers are facing or will face in the next 3-5 years. 

As the Product Owner (PO) apprentice, you are the Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
As a member of the extended Product Management function, you are the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.You represent the needs of customers and the business for all the solutions of the Ingenico Labs, co-represented by a Product Manager. Together, you ensure that product strategy and implementation remain connected throughout the value stream. Serving as the ‘voice of the customer’ for the team entails a broad range of responsibilities. You build and manage key relationships, synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment in the Team Backlog, and communicate effectively with various audiences—all with a bias toward delivering and learning quickly.

You lead all the solutions of the Ingenico Labs.

• Control sprints: defining activities, sequencing activities, estimating duration of activities, developing schedules and maintaining schedules

• Monitor progress

• Manage reports and necessary documentation

• Ensure internal customers / external customers / partners satisfaction

• Support the Team in Delivering Value

• Contribute to the Vision and Roadmap

Profile

You are a student in a Business or Engineering School and are looking for an apprenticeship.
