We are developing and have begun to roll out a solution called PPaaS (Payments Platform as a Service) that’s radically new, technically complex and will change how people pay for things in store. PPaaS combines traditional payment services like bank cards, with services from partners such as new payment methods like those based on QR codes and other services that pop up at the moment you pay, like loyalty programmes, dynamic currency conversion and buy-now-pay-later. We’re playing a critical role in the new payments ecosystem and we want you to help us do it.
We are a B2B organisation. We sell PPaaS to banks, acquirers, ISVs and other intermediaries who in turn use it to service their merchant clients. While PPaaS is responsible for its own marketing, partnerships and sales management, we leverage the Ingenico sales organisation and foster strong synergies with the rest of the Ingenico organisation to achieve our goals.

Scope
As an Offer Marketing Specialist in the PPaaS sales & marketing team you will develop and execute clearly defined offers for clients based on the individual components of the PPaaS global offer as they are now and as it evolves over time.
You will lead the process of imagining the offers, defining the value propositions both for our clients and our clients’ clients and executing the rollout of these propositions across our organisation. And you will prepare the sales support materials associated with these offers.
This role will both support and develop current offerings as well as analyze, develop, launch and support new offers in support of our strategic growth objectives.
Responsabilities
• Develop and implement strategies for offers that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Execute all relevant sales materials in relation to the offers you have defined
• Implement a process for rolling out these offers across our sales organisation, ensuring that they are understood and refined according to feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other Ingenico Marketing teams, Pricing, Sales, Product, Operations) to execute offers
• Monitor and analyze the performance of offers to ensure they meet business goals and objectives and report on these as required
• Drive continuous improvement of offer processes, tools and technology
• Maintain a competitor database of offers with a view to identifying best practices and how our offer should evolve in the future.
• Where required, work with our clients and/or our sales teams to answer specific requests from our clients or their merchants in the crafting of specific offers for these targets.
• Manage the budget associated with the function.
