Our team thrives on diversity and collaboration, working across cultures and boundaries to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in the payment area, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, functionality, and security of our payment systems. Operating within a multicultural team, you will contribute your expertise to drive the quality assurance processes and uphold the excellence of our products.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with team members to understand product requirements and payment functionalities.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to payment systems to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of payment features and components to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize automation tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform thorough root cause analysis of identified issues, collaborate with development teams to resolve them, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, requirements analysis, and sprint planning sessions to provide insights from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Monitor and evaluate production systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and propose proactive solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the payment industry, and apply them to enhance the quality assurance processes.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the team by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different cultural backgrounds to convey testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

 

Profile 

 

You are a student in an Engineering school and you are looking for an apprenticeship in the field of QA in a tech company and you have an Interest for the payment systems, protocols, and standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 8583, EMV, etc.

 

Meaningful skills :

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python & C or rust ) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies  
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex systems and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
