The team – Commercial excellence


This role is a fixed-term contract for a maternity leave cover.

You will join the Ingenico Commercial Excellence team, in charge of supporting 150+ salespeople in 30+ countries selling solutions and products used by millions of clients through 200+ major accounts in 100+ countries. The team provides our sales teams with the best sales toolsuite (in coordination with IT), the best pricing support (in coordination with marketing), an account planning methodology (in coordination with solution managers) and the best trainings (in coordination with HR).

Your role would be to participate in defining the best toolsuite for salespeople. You will work in particular on Salesforce and the available Salesforce ecosystem within Ingenico (Salesforce, CPQ, Altify, Pardot, Qualtrics, etc.) in coordination our Salesforce champion team (one Salesforce specialist per region) with the support of our dedicated Salesforce coding team in order to provide Sales & Marketing teams with the best toolsuite to grow our client services.


Main responsibilities


  • Define Salesforce developments to support our client service. Make relevant changes in our systems to improve our tools to help sales teams sell while making the use of Salesforce a pleasure. We strive for a perfect user experience on top of relevant commercial support.
  • Develop Salesforce usage within Ingenico. Run the administration tasks on the tool, train users, spread good practices, answer requests, run communication campaigns and manage all relevant tasks to ensure our Salesforce ecosystem users make the best of the tool.
  • Link the different Salesforce use cases. Throw a bridge between Marketing, Service and Sales to make Salesforce the single point of truth and contact for customer account engagement within the various interactions they have with Ingenico.
  • Implement additional add-ins when relevant. Look out for additional tools we could implement within our Salesforce ecosystem. Manage the implementation of the tools and ensure they run properly.
  • Run a number of ad hoc CRM actions. This includes the customer survey campaigns, workshops with sales colleagues and Salesforce champions to define the next tool development steps and participating in defining the 3-year vision for sales tools.




You have 3+ years of experience across either or a combination of the following – CRM management, preferably using Salesforce – Sales & Marketing operations and support. You wish to leverage both your experience and expertise to accelerate your professional development in a demanding, yet caring environment.
