The Global Workforce Planning and Analytics Specialist will provide data-driven insight to support talent management, organizational design and workforce planning; this role main responsibilities include headcount reporting, workforce planning, labor cost analysis, business analytics and budgeting.

The job will report to the Global HRIS and Workforce Management Manager

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Workforce Analysis:
    • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Executives and Senior Leadership that provide insights into workforce metrics such as headcount, externals, turnover labor cost
    • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for HR and business leaders
    • Train HR stakeholders on using workforce analytics and interpreting data

 

  • Budgeting & Labor Cost:
    • Support the annual budget process providing labor costs and headcount projections data to Finance.
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of labor cost trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

 

  • Process Improvement & HRIS Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the HRIS team to improve and streamline HR data processes, ensuring reporting systems are efficient and aligned with business needs.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity, and workflow efficiency.

 

  • Tool Management & Reporting:
    • Leverage business intelligence platforms and HRIS platform to improve workforce reporting systems.
    • Provide analytics to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.

 

Experience & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR controlling, or finance.
  • Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics platforms (IBM Analytics is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; ability to work with large datasets
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of HR metrics, organizational structure and business strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data effectively to senior leadership.
  • Detailed-oriented and strong project management abilities
