The impact you'll make
The Product Owner brings the voice of the customer into every decision, leading agile teams to deliver secure, scalable and high-performing payment solutions. You will directly shape how businesses move money in a fast-evolving payments landscape.
What you will do
Directly influence how banks, acquirers and merchants experience our solutions, ensuring we deliver products that are reliable and meaningful to them and their customers.
- Own and continuously influence the product roadmap across multiple initiatives
- Apply customer centric and design thinking approaches to solution delivery
- Balance customer needs with commercial priorities, driving business value and GTM
- Partner with R&D dev teams, product, risk, BAs and stakeholders to shape delivery
- Lead ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives and demos
- Drive continuous experimentation, validation to improve quality, reliability and outcomes
- Collaborate with global product teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy and innovation
What you will bring
You combine strong product thinking with deep payments expertise and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, you’ve worked on features from ideation to launch.
- Elite story telling, prioritising, sequencing with the ability to get everyone on the same page.
- Ability to navigate technical ambiguity, platforms, integrations so it makes sense.
- Solid background in financial services or payments
- Experience working with banks, acquirers or large enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of card acquiring and payment solutions useful
- A data driven approach to track success and outcomes over outputs.
