About the Job
This newly created Sydney based role puts you at the heart of our global growth strategy. You will own and execute the APAC marketing strategy, translating global priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive pipeline, demand, and customer acquisition.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and field marketing
• Design and execute regional programs that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
• Develop thought leadership assets including blogs, case studies, and flagship events
• Find creative ways for the brand to punch above its weight in share of voice and industry buzz in APAC
• Collaborate with communications, PR, marketing partners, and payment associations to identify hot topics and emerging trends
• Deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and opportunities for improvement

About the Team and Culture
You’ll join a global community of experts who care about collaboration, creativity, and genuine connection. While you’ll be the marketing lead for APAC, you won’t be working alone. You’ll partner with central functions in our Head Office in France, global product and sales teams, and marketing colleagues across EMEA and Americas. This role reports into the CMO in Atlanta U.S.A and works with the APAC Managing Director who is based in Sydney.

What Will You Bring?
You’re a marketer who blends creativity with commercial impact. You know how to plan, execute, and measure campaigns that move the needle. You understand how to work with sales teams and cross functional stakeholders, and you understand the nuances of different APAC markets.

• Experience in fintech, payments, technology, SaaS, or related sectors in B2B marketing
• Strength in demand generation, digital marketing, events (E.g. trade)
• Data driven with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and craft clear, relevant storytelling
• Curiosity about new digital tools and how AI can elevate marketing
• Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative approach
• A passion for creating messages that truly resonate with customers
