ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

 

The Technical Solution Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical solutions and projects. Working closely with stakeholders, customers, technical teams, and resource managers, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and business requirements. The position drives cross-functional collaboration manages risks and dependencies, and ensures technical solutions effectively support organizational objectives and strategic priorities.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Lead and drive the successful delivery of multiple complex technical projects in alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to establish effective project plans, governance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout project execution, deployment, and transition to operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, status reports, and key deliverables.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement in accordance with project governance requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate the commercialization, deployment, and launch of new products, software releases, and customer solutions.
  • Lead release planning, deployment readiness, and change management activities.
  • Conduct customer-facing project reviews, status meetings, and executive-level communications.
  • Coordinate activities across Engineering, Product Management, QA, Operations, Supply Chain, Security, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Drive the resolution of technical, operational, and customer-impacting issues to maintain project commitments and customer satisfaction.      
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Deliver functional objectives and performance goals as defined in annual business and development plans.
  • Provide project oversight and leadership for strategic initiatives and executive-sponsored requests.
  • Govern and support projects operating outside the formal PMO framework to ensure alignment, visibility, and successful delivery.                     

 

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

 

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external customers.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, tools, and best practices, with experience overseeing projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
  • Proven ability to communicate project status, progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Experience in risk, issue, change, and dependency management, ensuring effective assessment, mitigation, and resolution.
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking using industry-standard project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Understanding of project and program management frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices.
  • Experience within the IT, software, technology, or EPOS industries is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex technical concepts, systems, and solutions.
  • Skilled in translating technical information into clear business language for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and strategic priorities.
