Role Overview


As a Project Manager within the EMEA region, you will play a key role in delivering software integration and professional services projects for strategic clients. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, on-time execution, and customer satisfaction. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software and professional services projects, including Android application deployments, TMS configurations, certifications, and custom developments

  • Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk and issue management

  • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and milestones, and provide regular status reporting to internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with software development, QA, security and compliance, and hardware teams when required

  • Coordinate customer deliverables such as documentation, testing phases, certifications, and training sessions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with PCI requirements and internal processes and quality standards

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within software, IT, or telecom environments

  • Proven experience delivering software integration or professional services projects in a customer-facing role

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken, is mandatory

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or POS technologies

  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong plus

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment
