As the Agile Practice Lead, you’ll play a key role within the Technology Delivery Team and wider organisation. In this role, you’ll focus on leading the agile practises and team at Paymark as well as being an active scrum master within product development across Paymark. This is both a hands-on scrum master role as well as a practice lead role.

 

We’re looking for you to be a standout and experienced agile lead with solid experience working with agile scrum practices. You will need to have strong communication skills, and be able to thrive working in a team environment. You will also be able to create innovative solutions by thinking "outside the box". We’re looking for someone who thrives in working with others to help find ways to improve our overall delivery but also had skin in the game, working hands on with teams.

 

This role includes people management responsibilities with the opportunity to grow into the management space – helping to manage the larger business unit and be a potential second in charge for Digital Technology.

 

You’ll also have:

  • A solid understanding and at least 5+ years of experience with agile software development process and practices, specifically the Scrum framework, including setting up an agile practice.
  • Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Strong team, inter-personal and communication skills. Desire to work closely with a variety of players who have differing viewpoints, priorities and technical understanding.
