The Impact You'll Make

  • Own the strategic roadmap for Ingenico's global IT infrastructure, ensuring on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments remain secure, scalable, and highly available across multiple international locations
  • Shape the company's cloud and hybrid strategy, driving automation and modernization through Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Safeguard business continuity by leading disaster recovery planning across critical, high-availability transaction processing environments
  • Build the vendor and partner relationships that deliver the best value and service to Ingenico globally

 

What You Will Do

  • Define the global infrastructure roadmap and cloud strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business goals
  • Manage the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and on-premise data centers
  • Lead and mentor teams of engineers, often in a hybrid or remote working environment
  • Ensure adherence to security standards (patching, firewall management) and data privacy regulations such as GDPR
  • Drive infrastructure automation and scalability using tools like Terraform
  • Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP) plans
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee delivery of system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across large projects and smaller changes

 

What Helps You Succeed

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management, with a strong background in team leadership
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, networking (SD-WAN, SASE), server administration (Linux/Windows), and SQL clusters
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, IT governance, and risk management, with experience applying GRC requirements to business applications
  • Proven track record managing third-party vendors and delivering complex, large-scale projects in high-availability, transaction-processing environments
  • Location: France, minimum 3 days per week in Ingenico office
  • Fluency in written and oral English required
  • Comfortable travelling
