Play a key role in shaping Ingenico's business application landscape by driving strategic transformation programs and portfolio governance. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, support business modernization, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects that enable growth, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
The Impact You'll Make
- Drive governance and oversight of the Business Applications project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Lead critical enterprise transformation programs that modernize business processes and reduce technical debt.
- Provide visibility, reporting, and performance insights that enable data-driven decision-making across IT and business leadership.
- Strengthen project delivery excellence by promoting best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Lead strategic enterprise programs, including the OnePLM and HMS transformation initiatives.
- Manage and oversee the Business Applications project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with expected business outcomes.
- Monitor project and program performance, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and remediation actions.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards across the Applications CoE.
- Partner with Domain Delivery Leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insights to IT leadership and the Central Portfolio Management Office.
- Support and coach project teams on project management methodologies, tools, governance, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of project portfolio management processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
What Helps You Succeed
- Proven experience leading strategic enterprise transformation programs and complex technology portfolios.
- Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive delivery within a global matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, program management, portfolio management, or technology transformation roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise programs across domains such as PLM, ERP, BI, CRM, or Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, performance reporting, and benefits realization.
- Experience working with global teams and third-party technology partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 and project portfolio management tools.
- PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable travelling internationally.
- Ability to work from an Ingenico office at least 3 days per week.
Location: Paris (Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office)
