About the opportunity

 

Please note that this opportunity is a fixed-term contrat of 12 months. 


Our Finance Transformation team is expanding its capabilities to further advance the Group transformation roadmap. We are seeking a Business Analyst to design, build, and deploy analytics and dashboards, and to support ongoing initiatives such as Data & Analytics, MDM improvement, process harmonization, and change management, etc. This role will drive efficiencies, enhance progress monitoring, and establish a systematic approach for KPI preparation, reducing data collection time and increasing capacity for analysis. Additionally, we aim to leverage automation and strengthen synergies with regional champions.In addition to the responsibilities listed below, the Business Analyst will undertake any other business-related tasks as required by their supervisor.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Design and Implement Reporting Solutions: Develop specifications to deploy operational and financial reports and build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools, based on business needs (e.g., automation initiatives with RPA, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Participate in Group-Wide Initiatives: Contribute to group-wide projects aimed at enhancing data sourcing, quality, and overall governance.
  • Communicate Specifications to IT: Serve as the primary contact for conveying business specifications and analyses to the IT team.
  • Promote Self-Service Power BI Adoption: Lead initiatives to encourage and support the adoption of self-service Power BI across teams.
  • Collaborate with IT for Implementation and Support: Partner with the IT team during implementation phases and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
  • Serve as Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the SME for internal systems, managing the backlog, reviewing and validating new functionalities and processes, and regularly tracking deliverables.
  • Drive Data and Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual interventions and resolve issues.

 

Profile

 

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong preference for qualifications in Economics, Finance, Informatics, or Statistics. You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Analytics, with some experience in designing and implementing financial statements considered a plus.

 

 Technical skills :

  • Excellent knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, SAP, TM1, MSBI or similar BI solutions, MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in the International Group is an advantage especially in Payment Business.
  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to communicate with the business, as well as technical teams
  • Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights, strongly developed interpersonal skills, confident communicator, entrepreneurship mindset
  • Good team player, able to contribute to a multi-cultural team
