Come join a team that is transforming the way Ingenico does business ! We are looking for a analytical, dynamic and curious intern to work on various missions in the field of projects, solutions and services. You will bring your passion to support Ingenico's transformation journey as part of a 6 month internship starting in January 2025 . You will report to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and you will collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives and projects related to customer support, customer success, customer experience and professional services.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Support the Professional Services team in planning, and coordinating projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales, support etc)
  • Monitor project performance and track key performance metrics (KPIs), ensuring internal alignment.
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes, and preparing follow-up materials.
  • Help in creating presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and trends to support continuous improvement of project management processes.

 

Profile 

 

You are a student in a Master's degree from a top Engineering/Management school or University and are looking for an internship in Business transformation related topics. You speak English at a very good level and ideally also French.

  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, SalesForce and Jira.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
