External communications specialist (Apprenticeship)

Scope

We are looking for a dynamic apprentice willing to join our External Communication Team to support all the global corporate communication missions as of September 2024.

Reporting to the Global Head of External Communications, your role will be to help develop relations with media, main stakeholders and raise the Ingenico brand awareness.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of external communication strategies to build brand awareness and engage with stakeholders.
• Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Create engaging visual and written content such as blog posts, press releases, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor news and media outlets to stay up-to-date with industry trends and potential opportunities for media coverage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop content opportunities that support business goals.
• Participate in the planning and execution of events and other marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in external communication and social media.

Profile

You are a student in a Business/Communication School, at Sciences Po, or you are studying communication at the University and you are re looking for an apprenticeship in the field of Communication.

Required skills :

• Proficient on Powerpoint and word
• Proficient on Adobe creative suite or canva
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Adaptable and able to evolve in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and hands on
• Proactivity, creativity, curiosity and not afraid of raising questions and proposing different initiatives
• Strong written, conversational and communication skills both in English and in French
