Job Overview

The Finance Business Partner to the Business Transformation Office will serve as a strategic financial advisor and performance enabler for the transformation agenda of the company. You will collaborate closely with the Business Transformation Office (BTO), executive leadership, and operational teams to ensure rigorous financial planning, insightful analysis, and value-focused decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring that transformation initiatives are financially sound, deliver expected ROI, and align with broader private equity value-creation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Transformation Office to support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of transformation initiatives across global functions.
  • Track, measure, and report on financial performance and value realization of transformation programs, including benefits tracking and cost-to-achieve assessments.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve a KPI framework to monitor the financial and operational impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure financial and KPI transparency and provide regular reporting to executive management and private equity stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, transformation, and business unit leaders to align strategic initiatives with financial objectives.
  • Support change management by translating financial impacts into operational terms and ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Identify and help mitigate financial risks related to transformation activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, preferably in international businesses and/or private equity funds with successful 3-5 years’ experience at Tier-1 audit firm
  • Proven experience in supporting large-scale transformation, restructuring, or performance improvement programs.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development skills.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, value drivers, and performance metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Proficient in financial systems and data analysis tools (e.g., TM1, Excel, Power BI, ERP platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CIMA preferred.
