Scope

Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement and in collaboration with the regional buyers, you will manage the procurement of the Professional Services for the group. It covers the worldwide spends: EMEA, LAR, NAR and APAC.

The categories are:

• The consulting, audit, legal
• HR : health benefit& insurance, fleet, training & learning, temporary labour
• Marketing Com : creative agency, events, platform services
• T&E : travel and expenses
• Insurance
• Certification
• Real estate

Main responsibilities

• Be the key contact of the internal stakeholders
• Performing detailed analyses of the spend and the market to create the sourcing strategy of your category.
• Identify cost reduction/optimization and build budget
• Manage sourcing of suppliers, RFPs and negotiation.
• Put in place master contracts and manage their execution
• Promote the procurement process and tools

Skills

You have a Master’s degree specialized in purchasing and at least 5 years of experience in indirect procurement including professional services sourcing. You speak both French and English at a good level.

Important skills :

• High level of competency within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Contract management
• Negotiation and communication skills (internally and with big company)
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Team spirit
