Scope
Your role will involve managing the supply of strategic components of Ingenico Group.
The production of payment terminals and the suppliers panel are mainly located in Asia with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Suppliers).
You anticipate the risks related to the supply of these parts by our EMS and coordinate actions to achieve the expected production levels while respecting the indicators of cost quality deadlines. Internally, you'll be part of the Procurement team located in Suresnes. You'll work closely with other departments such as S&OP (sales and operations), Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, R&D… Externally, you have relationships with our EMS suppliers and component suppliers (tier 2).
Responsibilities
- Follow the correct level of delivery and stocks on assigned technologies.
- Escalate with the EMS the actions with the suppliers to reach the expected production levels.
- Undertake a needs coverage calculation over a 12-month horizon before each S&OP meeting, based on the weekly capacity report and commercial forecasts (Identification of bottle necks, of the risks of undercapacity or overcapacity and commitment to action plans to adapt capacities to our needs)
- Oversee the weekly process of identifying "Critical Supplies" within a 6–12-month timeframe.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by adjusting supplier orders based on anticipated demand.
Experience
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from University or from a business school with a major in supply chain. You have between 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and ideally have industrial experience. Your level of French and English is fluent.
