About the role

 

The position may be based either in Suresnes or in Valence (right next to the Valence TGV train station).

 

As a Device Management Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing Ingenico’s terminal management solutions. You will lead the design and development of innovative features for Manage 360, our strategic global cloud platform, enabling seamless deployment, maintenance, and service of terminal estates for Ingenico's largest global customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, you will drive the product roadmap, champion the customer experience, and contribute to the transformation of device management solutions across the payments ecosystem.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead Product Strategy
    • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs.
    • Drive execution throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, iterating for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience
    • Define and prioritize product requirements, end-to-end user journeys, and feature requirements.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating their needs internally and externally.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, design, and support teams to ensure impactful product delivery.
  • Drive Innovation and Insights
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
    • Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within device management solutions.

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager with a background in computer science, information technology, or engineering. An additional degree in business is a plus.
  • Experience in device management (e.g., Mobile Device Management, IoT platforms) or embedded software (payment terminals and/or mobile android/iOS) is a strong plus.

 

Skills

  • Proven ability to define and execute a product vision based on a deep understanding of customer needs for complex software products.
  • Strong technical background, capable of discussing high-level architectures and API-based products.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
