About the role
Are you interested in helping people grow, learning new things, and building a strong company culture? Join our Talent Development & Learning team and get hands-on experience supporting key HR initiatives that have an impact on all our employees!
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive team member to join us in September for 6 months.
As a Talent Development & Learning Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting global and local learning programs, and contribute to talent and culture initiatives that help create a positive and engaging work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support global learning initiatives: assist in the coordination and promotion of company-wide learning programs, such as manager training programs, digital learning platforms or building our global Learning community.
- Support training activities in France: help with the day-to-day of training coordination in France: registrations, calendars, feedback, and liaising with trainers and vendors.
- Monitor progress and provide reporting: support the team in monitoring learning and talent metrics – such as learning hours, costs, satisfaction – contributing to data-driven decision making.
- Participate in talent development projects: participate in projects related to performance management, talent reviews, and implementing other talent processes.
- Promote internal mobility: help raise awareness of career development opportunities and contribute to the promotion of internal mobility initiatives across the company.
- Support employer branding and culture initiatives: contribute to internal communications and projects that promote our culture, employee value proposition, and workplace identity.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field
- Interested in HR, learning, and employee development
- Demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player
- Thriving in an international working environment
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
