Scope

 

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax and responsible for the tax accounting activities for the whole Ingenico Group, you play a critical part in analyzing, challenging and ensuring the accuracy of the effective and the cash tax rates. You also support Ingenico in the Pillar 2 and CBCR compliance and monitor the Transfer pricing policies. In this role, you will have multiple worldwide interactions with the Finance community.

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Manage Group tax related reporting activities such as tax estimate calculations
  • Prepare tax provisions schedules, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
  • ETR Computation
  • Take care of the Global review of Deferred tax assets and liabilities and implement adequate process
  • Prepare quarterly and annual worldwide tax provision in accordance with IFRS 102
  • Implement process and perform worldwide monthly tax accounts reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate corporate tax policies for tax accounting and other internal tax compliance processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Within the budget process and recurrently during the year, prepare and review tax projections and estimates
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Assist in tax planning strategies
  • Monitor the implementation of the OECD BEPS pillar 1 and 2 with the support of external providers
  • Perform the transfer pricing analysis maintaining the tools updated in collaboration with the tax team
  • Assist with audits and tax examinations
  • Collaborate on systems procedures
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax statutes and regulations and determine the impact on the company’s operations

 

 

Profile

You have a Master’s degree from business school or university with a major in Accounting/Consolidation and you have at least 7 to 10 years of experience working at a similar position in an international environment.

 

Technical skills :

  • Proficient in accounting/IFRS rules
  • Experience with ERPs, reporting tools (BFC) and Excel
  • Experience with tax provision software systems

  • Excellent ability to build networks and relationships both across tax and with other key stakeholders and business
  • Proactive mindset continuously looking for new and innovative solutions to issues to develop and improve systems and processes

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
